By accessing or using Sightline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Sightline is a budgeting and expense tracking application designed for teams and individuals. The service allows users to create project budgets, track expenses, upload receipts, and generate reports.
User Accounts
To use Sightline, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Subscription and Payment
Sightline offers subscription plans at R200 per member per month or R1,999 per member per year. A 30-day free trial is included with new subscriptions. Payments are processed securely and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Sightline, including receipts, documents, and project data. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
Sightline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
